The first screen shots from Rockstars latest instalment in the long running, ever popular grand theft auto franchise have just been released and there is also a video on IGN about the screen shots. The video is hosted by Colin Moriarty and Ryan McCafferey with Ryan doing most of the talking. In the video Ryan has is analysing the two screen shots that I have posted below. In the first screen shot of a helicopter flying over a city, Ryan strongly suggests, that this is a recreation of Los Angeles and he goes on to point out certian buildings he knows, such as the Town Hall and a famous hotel which has been used in a lot of action movies

In the video Ryan says that in the second screen shot the location is most certainly Echo park. He then goes on to say that NPC'S have never sat down before in a GTA game and he picks out GTA 4 as being the particular game where NPC'S never once sat down. Now I am sure that is not true and I could stick my copy of GTA 4 on and take a screen shot and then e-mail it to Ryan to prove a point, but I am not that sad.  He then guesses that the Hollywood Hills are on the right side of the screen shot and the downtown area could be on the left side but as he says this is a total guess.
